1.Introduction

Welcome to DarshanAlert. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by DarshanAlert (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.Our Service

DarshanAlert provides real-time alerts when darshan slots are available on the official Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) website. We monitor publicly available information and send notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, voice call, email and push notifications based on your selected dates and preferences. We do not book tickets on your behalf. You are responsible for completing the booking process on the official TTD website.

Our optional autofill helper can fill in the pilgrim details you have saved with us on the official TTD booking form, on your own device. It never submits a booking or a payment for you.

3.User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices and contact details.
• You must not share your TTD username, password, payment details or OTPs with anyone, including us.
• You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and TTD rules.
• You must not resell alerts, run automated scripts against the Service, or use it to book tickets for resale.

4.Payments & Refunds

• Service charges are for sending alerts and do not include any TTD darshan ticket fees.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timelines and process.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

5.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, text, illustrations and software, is owned by DarshanAlert and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

“TTD”, “Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams” and related names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the official website we monitor.

6.Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver alerts quickly and reliably, but we cannot guarantee that slots will be available, that you will be able to complete a booking, or that the TTD website and messaging networks will always be reachable.

• We are not responsible for decisions, outages or changes made by TTD.
• We are not liable for delays caused by your device, network or messaging provider.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected watch.

7.Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as WhatsApp, SMS and voice gateways, email providers and payment partners. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Links to the official TTD website take you to a site we do not control.

8.Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to send you alerts and autofill pilgrim details, and we never sell your data. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.

9.Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service or act in a way that harms other devotees. Any refund eligibility at the time of termination is handled as per our Refund Policy.

10.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp and update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
